data-section-id=\"1f5vkf6\" data-start=\"1303\" data-end=\"1348\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1307\" data-end=\"1348\">The shared loop (used by every adult)<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1350\" data-end=\"1391\">Every adult uses the same simple process:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"1393\" data-end=\"1541\">\n<li data-section-id=\"so12kq\" data-start=\"1393\" data-end=\"1445\">Describe what is happening (in their own words)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1d2n0bx\" data-start=\"1446\" data-end=\"1481\">Translate behaviour into state<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"d53nou\" data-start=\"1482\" data-end=\"1512\">Make one small adjustment<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"sxn655\" data-start=\"1513\" data-end=\"1541\">Reflect on what changed<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr data-start=\"1543\" data-end=\"1546\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"1548\" data-end=\"1561\">This creates:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1563\" data-end=\"1659\">\n<li data-end=\"1867\">model its use<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"jddvpl\" data-start=\"1868\" data-end=\"1904\">support staff in real situations<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1gcizom\" data-start=\"1905\"
